Lehana Khalema
(PrCPM) ND Real Estate (UNISA), BSc Construction Management (Wits), MSc Project Management (UP)
Lehana Khalema started his career in the residential building sector in 1999 as an assistant site engineer in the built environment (vac work). As a graduate, he then worked as a site engineer in 2002 on Sable Homes Residential Project working for Blue Bridge Construction before moving on to construction project management in 2003 and worked for one of the largest project management firms in South Africa (SIP Project Managers) In 2008, he then joined Eskom SOC and got involved in the construction of Medupi Power Station & Kusile Power Stations Infrastructure projects in both roles as a contracts manager and project manager.
He is now bringing wealth of project management and organizational project management (PMO establishment) experience from both private sector & public mega projects environment, including infrastructure delivery management systems.

Lovemore Moyo

Lovemore has 19 years’ experience in the Built Environment where I have gained solid professional architectural, project and construction management experience. The projects that Lovemore has worked on include the Mbabane Hilton Garden Inn, IMFO Office building, upgrading of OR Tambo International Airport, Lebombo- Ressano Garcia Port of Entry, government schools, bulk water supply, upgrading of storm water and township roads, housing schemes, commercial and industrial developments. He has the proven ability to manage and co¬ordinate programs, projects, subprojects, leading multi-disciplinary construction and technical professional teams, also knowledgeable in construction systems, methods and software applications.
Motselisi Mahlomola
BAdmin MBA (Finance) – Office Administration
Motselisi Mahlomola brings to the company a strong financial management background with a mix of accounting. She has studied MBA (Finance) in China and had since joined EPMO in 2017 in her role as the Programme Coordinator and a Assistant Project Manager. She is currently training in MSP (UK) and towards a PMP (PMI) registration.
She is also involved on the business development side with responsibilities in marketing, accounting and business tax compliance management.

Abiel is a seasoned finance and operational finance specialists with 16+ years of progressive experience in the consulting environment. He has a strong interpersonal and analytical expertise with a flair for increasing organizational cohesiveness, performance and compliance and my experience demonstrates an ability as a manager to critically evaluate and respond to rapidly evolving environments. His Experience is attained through a variety of organisations and disciplines, highlighting flexibility and adaptability to new environments and ability to synthesise the strategic, functional and operational aspects of organisations.
He joined Pricewaterhousecooppers (PwC) in 2004 and worked in their performance improvement, strategy and Finance effectiveness for 14 years before working as a private consultant. Areas of selected experience include:

Johannes Mavuso PrCPM PMP [Consultant & Programme Manager]

In the last twenty five years, Johannes Mavuso has worked tirelessly having involved in the number of capital projects for Sasol and Eskom, Sasol and its Joint Venture partners in South Africa, Mozambique and Qatar in the petrochemical, oil, gas, power, building and infrastructure, amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of project management, project controls, and project preparation (front end loading/FEED).
His career started in Sasol Technology in 1995 as a technician in training and worked his way up to becomes the Project Manager in 2005. In 2007, he joined Eskom as the NEC Project Manager responsible for the establishment of New Builds’ contractor’s villages, associated facilities and infrastructure required to support the Medupi Power Stations & Kusile Power Station.
In 2012, he re-joined Sasol Technology as the Project Controls Manager for the Sasol Secunda Hub Portfolio. His responsibility included portfolio reporting in terms of planning and scheduling, cost control, cost flow performance against baselines, capitalisation and close out of capital projects. This also included the development and implementation of project control related procedures, best practices and guidelines and the management of document control function.
Achievements:
- In July 2014, he was appointed as a Vice President for Capital Projects accountable for the execution of Oil & Gas projects in the Southern Africa Region.
- In October 2018, he was appointed as the Vice President for Standards and Practices for Sasol Group
- In November 2020 Johannes Mavuso was appointed as the Project Director accountable for all gas projects in Mozambique.

Tshepo Moumakoe is a practicing Attorney, PPP Transaction Advisor & Contracts Claims Specialist.
Relevant experience on this project includes:
- Participated as the legal advisor to the Transaction Advisory team to review the procurement documents and to undertake due diligence at Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB)
- Participated as the legal specialist within the Transaction Advisory team by the Department Of Human Settlement in the Free State for a Social Housing Programme.
- Participated as the legal advisor in the Transaction Advisory team to Armament Corporation Of South Africa (ARMSCOR) to be part of the evaluation team to perform due diligence and review of commercial property bid
- Participating as a legal advisor on the transaction advisory team for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) procurement process for the construction of serviced office accommodation for the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works.
- Participated as a legal advisor in the technical evaluation of Sedibeng Market and Agro-Processing hub at the Constitutional Hill Precinct project tenders on behalf of the Gauteng Infrastructure Financing Agency (GIFA).
- Participated as a legal advisor on the transaction advisory team which advised the City of Tshwane (CoT) on the acquisition of water sustainability projects: Roodeplaat and Rietvlei Dams.
Royla Naidoo MBA [Consultant, Structured Property Finance & Property Development]

Prior to joining the EPMO team, he was the Chief Executive officer of Rainprop – a Public Private Partnership Concessionaire company managing the DTI campus. He has transformed this company into a focused, high income generating entity.
He is currently involved in PPP feasibility studies, finance structuring and project preparation for human settlement and solar power plants projects.
He also has extensive experiences in property management, asset management, facilities management and project management. He was employed as the Head of Asset Management at Standard Bank Properties where he evaluated viability of buildings for financing and even structured property funds, besides managing the entire asset management division.
He has also worked at the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) as the Head of Property, where he restructured the entire portfolio, including the dissolving of the SEBO structures. After this he was employed by Business Partners, where he was responsible for the restructuring of the portfolio from a low-income generator to one that was exceptionally profitable. He has managed commercial portfolios in excess of R4 billion.
Naude Truter
MBA PrCPM & IDMS & FIDPM Specialist (National Treasury)
He is registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Project Manager, assessor, mentor and investigator
Specialist in Infrastructure Delivery Management System (IDMS)). He is currently specializing in Municipal service delivery management tools and systems, development and implementation of integrated municipal plans, Infrastructure development and local government mentoring Amongst his achievements are his contribution to National Treasury and University of Pretoria (UP) IDMS training as a moderator.
Prince Mapheto
Senior Project Manager
Maritagane Prince Mapheto has been involved in multi-discipline projects ranging from upmarket apartments, Office, Parliament chamber, Office refurbishments, and Hotel upgrading, Casinos, Roads, Electrical Services Installation, Civil Infrastructure and other Government Projects such as the Gauteng Education Department’s Gauteng-on Line, Schools refurbishment projects, Clinics and Free State Province Infrastructure Projects, Mining infrastructure projects, Infrastructure Pipeline Assessment study and implementation procedures. Prior to joining Batlakwana Projects, Prince worked as Senior Project Manager for Mmulutsi and Partners (Pty) Ltd in 2015- 2017, Senior Project Manager for Inkwali (Pty) Ltd in 2013- 2015. Prince worked as a Construction Manager for Mafuri Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd from June 2008 to September 2012, as a Construction Project Manager for GHC Africa (Pty) Ltd from June 2007 June 2008 and Junior Project Manager for SIP Project Managers (Pty) Ltd from 2003 to June 2007.
Maritagane Prince Mapheto has more than 17 years of experience in the Construction sector, 4 years as Construction Manager and 13 Years as Project manager. Projects undertaken were within South Africa and in the Province listed herein Gauteng, Free State, Limpopo and KwaZulu Natal.
Maritagane Prince Mapheto is presently the Partner and Senior Project Director at Batlakwana Projects Management (Pty) Ltd.
